Obama/Biden?
Obama selected Biden for VP. Does Barry remember that Joe said he wasn’t ready?
“The Presidency is not something that lends itself to on the job training.”
Mr. Biden, you are a political opportunist. Why would you say yes to being the running mate of someone who you don’t think can cut it?

aren’t all politicians political opportunists? i mean, mccain was against offshore drilling in april. by may it was the centerpiece of his energy policy. giuliani mocked mccain for not having any executive experience during the primary, now he’s auditioning to be mccain’s veep.
and biden would probably answer that obama can cut it, especially with someone like biden to turn to if he needs advice from someone with more experience.

Noz, please don’t rattle Jacey’s worldview.
If she managed to live through the last year and not notice the Republican’s all calling each other names, it’s not your place to tell her.
Don’t pop the bubble.

Oh, and this is to all the CRs that post here: Would someone please examine McCain’s record on energy in the senate and try to defend it?
I would love to see Mike, or Adam, or Anthony, or Jacey (or Megan and her magical psychic energy policy) explain why he skipped all those votes. Specifically take note of how his rhetoric is contradicted by his record.
I look forward to your posts.

I look forward to your posts.
i wouldn’t hold your breath. i’m still waiting for jacey to answer my question from that other thread. but i guess she’s soooooooo busy with the beginning of her semester she doesn’t have time to give me a yes or no answer (even though she apparently has time to write this post).
maybe she just doesn’t like to have a discussion?

So Noz, since the Repubilcans aren’t interested, what do you think of McCain’s complete lack of leadership in the senate on energy?
Wasn’t it pathetic how he killed the renewable energy tax credits in HR 6, as the only senator not voting in a vote that failed by 1 vote?
That doesn’t sound like someone ready to be president to me!
